Dominic Giuliano, Executive Chef
Dominic Giuliano has been cooking since the age of twelve, when he discovered a passion for cooking for his family. While studying at the Culinary Institute of America in New York, he also gained expertise in wines at the Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa in California wine country. After graduating from the C.I.A. with honors, he worked at the Ritz-Carlton in Laguna Niguel, and at the Center Club, a private dining club.
After moving to NYC, he worked at Belgo, and as sous chef with David Burke at the Plaza Hotel. As head chef, Dominic co-founded the Punch & Judy wine bar on the Lower East Side.
Dominic moved to East Chatham with his wife Bonnie and began working as Executive Chef of the Blue Plate in 2014.
Dominic enjoys interacting with customers and can occasionally be seen sharing a laugh in the dining room (when he isn’t crazy busy in the kitchen!)
